Job description

Learn the features, functions, and standard configuration of Alibaba products

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

Proactively communicate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Ability to effectively prioritize and follow tasks in a high-pressure environment

Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills


Requirements

2-3 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project initiation, planning, development execution and delivery

Experience managing software development related projects in an Agile environment

Understanding of web-application programming

Familiarity with database and operating systems, specifically SQL Server

Experience with Case Management, Business Process Management or workflow web applications is a huge plus

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Must be able to learn and understand new technologies
