Talent & Organizational Development Manager

Job description

• Improving, implementing and administering performance management process.

• Investigate employee relations issues regarding performance management system, to facilitate resolution of employee issues and proactively educate managers.

• Identifying and assessing training needs within the company.

• Designing, communicating, marketing and launching training courses for employees.

• Keep trainers, stakeholders and employees engaged in the development of learning programs, maintaining scope, quality and deadlines.

• Facilitating, conducting, and analyzing surveys as per HR requirement.

• Managing training budget.

• Collaborates with lines of business leadership to design and implement the most effective and efficient Leadership development program.

• Develop and implement a consistent input gathering for organization-wide cultural initiatives.

• Leads as a communication and event thought partner for the organization’s leaders and managers.

• Create communications standards and best practices for Alibaba, supporting the organization’s daily challenges.

• Leads collaboration across teams to gather information and publish the internal news on HR portal.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• three to five years of human resources experience with progressive responsibility leading and implementing cross-functional HR projects in a complex environment

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential personnel and policy information with discretion

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing and conflicting deadlines
